Popis:	Radiation induced sarcomas (RIS) are the most dreaded long-term complications of head and neck irradiation. RISs are usually high grade and aggressive in nature. Although osteosarcoma is a common RIS in head and neck region, radiation induced osteosarcoma of the clavicle is rarely reported and generalized outcome is poor. Here we report a case of radiation induced osteosarcoma of the clavicle following neck irradiation for a carcinoma of tongue.
