Popis: | The article deals with the actual problem of reducing air pollution by internal combustion engines of public transport in urban and suburban traffic through the use of battery trolleybuses for passenger transportation. A method is proposed for calculating the capacity of batteries for the autonomous movement of trolleybuses, which can be used to calculate the required capacity of trolleybus batteries for use on city bus routes partially passing under the trolleybus overhead contact wires. The calculation of the required capacity of the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery for the operation of the battery trolleybus on the real bus route of the Chisinau municipality has been carried out. |
