Popis:	Some issues of forming an approach to the engineering - economic security of the enterprise on the basis of the d eveloping engineering ideas of ‘self - preservation’ are considered. It is shown that the instruments of the technocen osis theory can b e used under the practical application of the given approach. The parametric content of the heating gas - using equipment of the allocated local unit is analyzed. The principles of the parametric optimizati on based on the approach according to the technoceno sis are offered.
