Popis: | The survey of buildings is essential for the development of the graphic representation of architecture. Its principles were outlined in the Carta del rilievo architettonico of Naples (1999), where this survey is established as an element of iconographic, bibliographic and archival research. The representation of the section of a building does not appear until Cesarino’s Vitruvian edition (1521), since medieval secrecy prevented the unfolding of a building from being revealed. The two-dimensional representation of the metric, projective or topological space raises new programmatic questions through the methodologies generated by the Massive Data Capture (MDC) and therefore the determination of the main section is an essential question. The methodological proposal defines it as that produced by a reference plane (τ) perpendicular to the astronomical horizon of a latitude (ϕ), which contains an azimuth regression vector (Ab) and the singular points (ci) of cross sections. |
