Popis:	Highlights Strategies to enhance acidogenic fermentation of lignocellulosic biomass presented. Optimal parameters for anaerobic digestion and acidogenic fermentation are compared. Challenges of electrochemical fermentation of lignocellulosic biomass are discussed. Membrane technology and its further optimization are effective for VFAs extraction.
