Popis:	Esophageal tuberculosis is an extremely rare event, accounting for 0.2 percent of these cases affecting the esophagus. Most of them are secondary to pulmonary disease. The authors present a case of primary esophageal tuberculosis in a 40 years old HIV-positive female.
