Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of superficial X-ray radiotherapy combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris. Methods From November 2017 to May 2020, a total of 114 patients with multiple verruca vulgaris admitted to our dermatology clinic were randomly assigned to two groups, i.e. 57 cases in the control group treated with liquid nitrogen alone, and 57 cases in the treatment group treated with both liquid nitrogen and SRT-100 superficial X-ray radiotherapy. The overall effective rate, cure score, recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.
