Popis:	The authors analyzed the results of arthroscopic treatment 58 patients with various injuries of rotator cuff. Follow-up was from 4 months to 3 years (average 18 ± 5,2 months) after surgery. The quantitative MRI characteristics allowing to define prognostically unfavorable variants of rotator cuff surgery are presented. The authors considered the ways out of such situations including the partial restoration of the rotator cuff structures by arthroscopic method and reverse shoulder arthroplasty.
