| Popis: | Cardiac manifestations in leptospirosis usually involve atrial arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, and nonspecific ST-T changes, while left ventricular dysfunction is rare. We present the case of a 45-year-old male without a pre-existing cardiovascular history who developed atrial fibrillation and atrial and ventricular tachycardia, in addition to new-onset cardiomyopathy in the setting of fulminant leptospirosis infection. |
