Popis:	Monoclonal antibodies are widely used in various fields of modern medicine, for example, in oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, transplantation. Since beginning of this century monoclonal antibodies began to be explored for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). From this period monoclonal antibody also actively introduced in pathogenetic therapy of MS. In this review, we discuss the findings of clinical trials already registered monoclonal antibodies in the Russian Federation, such as Natalizumab and Alemtuzumab.
