Popis: Food Immunology is an important professional course of food quality and safety specialty, which is an important link between food discipline, immunology and biotechnology, in order to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for solving food safety. This course is characterized by more contents, abstraction, systematization. However, it is difficult for teachers to impart knowledge by pictures, text, and language in traditional teaching. Generally, it is difficult for students to understand and remember relevant information about the course, which leads to hate learning. Based on the characteristics and the actual problems in teaching of Food Immunology, the course teaching reform is based on the perspective of interaction between OBE concept and curriculum ideology and politics, taking ''foster virtue through education'' as the fundamental task, to explore and practice teaching reform from the different aspects. Optimizing teaching content, the combination of theory with practice, improving teaching models, strengthen the construction of the teaching team and the combined with various assessment methods, to improve students' interest in learning, enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
