The family must be considered in this context, since is in it that we learn conducts and we set up ways of being. Within the family we reproduce what were our predecessors, what we are in present and what we will be in future. The family strengths believes and supports the health professional performance. We believe that the articulation with the believes is a way to come close to them we care, since is from understanding those believes that we can be closer to those human beings we want to care: our customers.
