"This research studies the reasons why people neglect the narration of the Hadiths they hear and why they neglect the conveyance of Hadiths. It also provides related evidences and examples. It aims to identify the underlying reasons in order to know the public and private circumstances of the Hadith people that were distracted from Hadith narration and to show the dangerous implications of neglecting Hadith conveyance. The research applies deductive and inductive approaches. The most important findings of the research are: the mission of Hadith narrators is basically acting on Hadiths and conveying them to others; hence, neglecting the conveyance of Hadiths is against the mission; the study shows the implications of neglecting Hadith conveyance for the Muslim nation at the time of narration with respect to gaps in narration and to the status of chain of narrators. The research recommends that attention be given to writing the biographies of those that received Hadiths but did not pursue their mission. Writing about them will help identify their numbers and know why scholars used the term tark attahdeeth (deserting Hadith conveyance,." |
