Popis: The purpose of the present study is to explore the role of divine law in the political life of humans based on the political words of Āyatullāh Khāminiyī. The method of study is descriptive analysis and the results showed that the divine law in Takwīnī (evolutionary), Tashrī’ī (legislative), and conventional domains is the basis for the formation and sustenance of social system and political order while Takwīnī (evolutionary) and Fitrī (natural) laws are under the control of Godly will and divinity and can be perceived by ration and revelation. Conventional laws are also obtainable in the light of religion. The divine law from political perspective and with respect to human’s true interests and corruptions, is written in a hierarchy from the source of creation and humans’ creator to social realities and political relations. The salient feature of laws is in the “philosophy of law” that has the tendency to order, justice, paying attention to social interests and corruptions, and directing spiritual values in line with the purpose of human creation, and arrangement of human transactions and relations as well as providing their rights, freedom, and prosperity in the light of divine governance.
