Popis: | The confiscation of assets derived from criminal activities refers to the permanent deprivation of such property through a court decision or administrative procedure, resulting in the transfer of its ownership to the State. This measure can be considered the best way to combat organised crime, especially when it involves the use of confiscated property for the benefit of society and the territories affected by the criminal presence. The purpose of this article is to look at the role of social reuse of property confiscated from organised crime, which involves using properties to transform and enhance territories as well as returning those to the community. |
