Popis: | The entry of governance into the digital arena has created new opportunities, and the answer to some of the fundamental questions of governance has also been challenged, especially questions of the relationship between people and government. Today, with the rapid spread of information technology, the use of people is no longer limited to marches and elections, and citizens have more power to influence governance. Citizenship technology addresses how to govern in the digital age with the help of the people.Citizenship technology overlaps with e-government, public participation, and open governance innovation. Citizenship technology refers to the use of open data by outsiders who develop IT-based tools to meet public needs. This definition encompasses a wide range of digital tools and is based on various classifications.For a comprehensive view of citizenship technology, it is necessary to evaluate the definitions of this issue and identify its various types. Examining the challenges of this issue can also help us in launching and developing. In the present article, an attempt is made to discuss the dimensions of this issue and extract the concept of citizenship technology from its heart. |
