STUDY OF THE SOIL PROPERTIES WITH SPECTROMETER X-RAY FLUORESCENCE Spectrometer X-ray Fluorescence Analyzers that deliver fast and precise identification and elemental analysis from Chlorine to Uranium (Cl to U). Using a collimated beam of 13 mm to 0.1 mm diameter, with laser beam focusing, the QXi system is ideal for testing small or non-homogeneous samples. Applications range from analysis of soils and other science concerning the soil as an important element. The Spectrometer Innov - can perform fully standard-less quantitative analysis with excellent statistical accuracy using measurement times of 30 - 120 seconds for rapid testing of solids, liquids or powders. |
