Popis: This paper aims at analysing the contribution of the notion of representation during the design of a lifelong learning program intended for second/ heritage language teachers. To that effect, we will first question the notional content of the second and heritage language within the scope of language appropriation and teacher training, then we will make some methodological proposals likely to promote the use of representations to facilitate lifelong learning.
