Exact measurement of the parameters of a power network is nowpossible by digital methods. The description of the proposed andrealized instrument based on the digital sampling method is given. Itcan measure basic parameters of the three-phase power network such asrms values of voltages and currents, powers, energies, power factorsand the network frequency. Questions concerning the accuracy ofmeasurement, error sources, and error correction are also given. Amethod of calibration based on the frequency output is proposed and itscalculation accuracy evaluated by MATLAB. |
