This report discusses a case involving a 49-year-old Asian woman with thin abdominal fat and thick thigh fat, who underwent a right nipple-sparing mastectomy followed by bilateral profunda artery perforator flap breast reconstruction. The discussion will address specific considerations relevant to Asian patients preoperatively. |
