Popis: The influence of uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria on surviving of winter wheat seedling during low-temperature stress was investigated. It was shown that infiltration of winter wheat seedling by exogenous uncouplers caused the increase of oxygen consumption, seedling’s temperature and surviving. Vice verse inhibition of electron transport through the main cytochrome and alternative pathways decreased surviving of winter wheat seedlings during cold stress
