Popis: | Orphans have a special rank with Allah SWT. Whoever takes care of them and builds them up, Allah will reward him greatly. However, the problem of orphans still leaves a problem that has yet to be resolved. In fact, they are among the children who will become the nation's successor who have the right to receive care, guidance and education like other children. So as a social institution assigned to care for and foster them, the orphanage is expected to be able to answer these problems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through a management approach. This study aims to determine how to internalize the values of da'wah management in the care and guidance of orphans at the Hj. Maryam Al-Asy'ariyyah Wonosobo Foundation. The results of this study indicate that the form of care carried out by the administrators of the Hj. Maryam is to use three forms namely teaching, reward and persuasion. While the form of coaching that is carried out is a form of mental, social and skill development. The internalization of the values of da'wah management carried out by the administrators of the Hj. Maryam, namely by implementing the four functions of da'wah management, namely takhthith, thanzim, tawjih and riqabah as the principles of nurturing and fostering foster children so that they can run effectively and efficiently. First, tahkthith carried out by the administrators of the orphanage Hj. Maryam is to arrange daily activities of foster children and make long / medium and short term plans. Second, the Thanzim that is done is by arranging the management structure so that it is in accordance with the job description and there is no overlapping of tasks. Third, tawjih is done by motivating, guiding and establishing relationships with foster children. Fourth, the riqabah that is applied is by directly supervising every activity of foster children and conducting an evaluation meeting every three months between administrators. |
