| Popis: | The sub-contractor shall be granted guarantees to enable him to fulfill his obligations in the execution of the contract and he is assured of obtaining his financial dues. The law is the direct payment, which is the subject of our study of this research . It is based on the idea of the administration to pay the task of subcontractor directly . It is one of the basic guarantees and important stipulated by both the French and Iraqi legislator did not regulate its provisions Egyptian law. Although the subcontractor can refer directly to the administration for its financial dues and create a direct link between the administration and the subcontractor. This does not mean a contractual association between them is in accordance with the common trend under common law jurisprudence. |
