INTRODUCTION: OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between motivational resources and problems of nursing students and their vocational choice and school culture. METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study. The study was conducted at two universities in Western Black Sea region of Turkey. Study population included a total of 914 nursing students during 2013-2014 academic term. The study was conducted with 662 students. Data were collected by using Student Information Form, Occupational Learning Motivation Scale, Scale of Vocational Choice in Nursing and School Culture Scale.
