Popis:	By analyzing achieve documents of the Moscow Commercial Institute dealing with scholarships allocation, terms of scholarship granting and documents which recorded scholarships distribution the authors studied rules of shaping the scholarship sund of Russian university of economic and commercial specialization. As a result the scholarship system, which was used before the October revolution in the 1st Russian institute training specialists for work in the field of trade and manufacturing was reconstructed.
