In actual production, errors in manufacturing and assembly may lead to misalignment of the stator and rotor and uneven air gap magnetic density, which affects the running performance of the motor. The influence of rotor dynamic eccentricity on air-gap flux density, cogging torque and loss is studied by combining analytical method and finite element analysis. The eccentric rotor model of low-speed high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor (LHPMSM) is established on Maxwell 2D. The results show that with the increase of the rotor eccentricities, the back EMF and stator iron loss changeless, the cogging torque decreases slightly. The output torque increases slightly, but the harmonic distortion rate of air gap magnetic density and stator copper loss increase significantly. |
