El objetivo del artículo es identificar la experiencia y aporte del Hotel Taselotzin al concepto de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, a fin de explicar la caracterización de la administración alternativa de este emprendimiento indígena de Puebla. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva, exploratoria. Concluimos que la organización es un ejemplo de RSE genuina por los resultados obtenidos, sobre todo al incluir variables sobre identidad y participación. Proponemos que el concepto de RSE debe ser más dinámico e incluyente y debe permitir a las empresas pensar que su finalidad última es el bienestar social. Abstract The objective of the article is to identify the experience and contribution of the Taselotzin Hotel to the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to explain the characterization of the alternative administration of this indigenous venture in Puebla. The type of the study was descriptive and exploratory. We conclude that the organization is an example of genuine CSR because of the results obtained, especially by including variables of his identity and participation. We propose that the concept of CSR should be more dynamic and inclusive and should allow companies to think that their ultimate goal is social welfare. |
