Popis:	In the article problems of Russian sugar market development are raised, situation in largest in Russia region on fabric sugar beet production - Krasnodar Territory is examined. Strong and weak sides of the processes arising in this sphere are marked. Directions for development through formation of cooperative model on the sugar market, providing parity and equivalence of exchange on the whole processing chain from production of seeds and sugar beet, processing till purchase by consumers are offered.
