Popis: | Objective The technical requirements for using locomotives to shunt and rescue city rail transit vehicles are analyzed and a braking scheme that integrates the shunting and rescue functions into the braking control unit of city rail transit vehicles is studied. Method The shunting and rescue braking scheme for city vehicles focuses on their matching characteristics with locomotive air brake system functionality and performance, and the interface compatibility with the vehicle's own electrical system. This allows for synchronous braking and relief between city vehicles and the locomotives, ensuring braking synchronization during shunting and rescue operations, and reducing train longitudinal impulse. The pneumatic circuit design, electrical design, and braking command conversion functions of a city rail transit vehicle under locomotive shunting and rescue conditions are specifically examined. Critical considerations in matching the shunting and rescue functions with the train electrical interface are also highlighted. Result & Conclusion Research shows that when the city vehicle shunting and rescue functions are integrated into braking control unit, the continuous train pipe and automatic braking system throughout the entire train is not necessary for setting, reducing equipment procurement costs. This integration enhances product integration, increases braking sensitivity, reduces longitudinal train impact, protects bogie equipment, and improves overall train braking performance. The scheme meets the operational requirements for urban rail transit vehicle shunting and rescue. |
