Popis: Valosin-Containing Protein (VCP) is linked to diverse degenerative diseases. Here, the authors show that Small VCP Interacting Protein (SVIP) recruits VCP to lysosomes, with gain and loss of SVIP muscle expression modifying neural degeneration, animal behaviour and lifespan.
