Popis: Chemical and mechanical cues coordinately regulate angiogenesis. Here, the authors show that blood flow-driven intraluminal pressure regulates wound angiogenesis. Findings indicate that TOCA family of F-BAR proteins act as actin regulators required for endothelial cell migration and sense mechanical cell stretching to regulate wound angiogenesis.
