Popis:	The article describes the problem of treatment of chronic hemorrhoids of III degree; the results of the study on sclerosing treatment of hemorrhoids in conjunction with ultrasound cavitation to ensure more intense and uniform distribution of drugs in the impact zone with preoperative preparation of patients by using phlebotrophic drugs are provided.
