Popis: Summary: Hemolytic anemia is a collection of diseases resulting from an exaggeration of the lysis of red blood cells. Hemolysis can be caused by extravacular aggression by drugs or other toxic or by antibodies againt red blood cell. Lysis of red blood cells may also be the result of a genetic disorder of red cell itself. Most common are abnormalities of the membrane such as spherocytosis, abnormal hemoglobin (sickle cell disease, thalassemia) or enzymatic components (G6PD deficiency, PK) Management of haemolytic anemia based on the correction of anemia and prevention when it is possible to certain triggers. Recently, it has been used bone marrow transplantation in certain hemolytic anemias
