Popis: | Background. Pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm (PMCN) with associated invasive carcinoma is a rare entity. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) 2010, PMCN with associated invasive carcinoma is referred to the malignant lesions of the pancreatic epithelial tumour. Case report.
