Popis: | The European Union has achieved and continues to achieve cooperation between European states, unprecedented in world history, which is more than cooperation in a traditional international organisation, but less than in a classical federal state, due to the partial transfer of national sovereignty. Since the Maastricht Treaty of 1992, which gave birth to the European Union, there have been three further treaty deepening of integration, the last of which, the Treaty of Lisbon of 2007, is of particular importance. In this paper, we will examine, in ten theses, what characterises, in the twenty-first century, from the point of view of public law, this special cooperation between European nation states, but above the level of the nation state, which we call the 'European CITDöVKE'. |
