Popis:	Unicuspid aortic valve (UAV) is a rare congenital abnormality of the aortic valve. It usually presents with severe aortic stenosis (AS), necessitating surgical intervention. The diagnosis can be made with echocardiography. Hereby, we are reporting a case of a 23-year-old male who presented with exertional breathlessness and fatigue, due to severe AS, secondary to a unicommissural UAV, associated with mitral valve prolapse with severe mitral regurgitation.
