Popis: | Abdominal vascular injuries are the most common cause of early death after penetrating abdominal trauma if especially associated with a chest injury and fracture of long bones. The surgical exposure and associated intraabdominal injuries may challenge the skills and judgment of even the most experienced surgeons. Rapid transportation to a trauma center, early recognition of injuries, damage control resuscitation, and early surgical intervention are critical for patient's survival. |
