| Popis: | The phenomenon of population ageing is important for the state not only for business, economic or demographic reasons, but also for social aspects. A broadly defined pedagogy of ageing is important for the development of seniors, but also for changes in the awareness of society which starts to recognise the significant influence that elderly people have for the functioning of the state. The article refers to the issue of educational activity of elderly people and its role in improving their quality of life. The education of senior citizens is one of the opportunities for developing cooperation between younger population groups and the elderly. Therefore, in addition to the Polish literature on active ageing, the article will also include the collected opinions of students, which reflect the considerations of the contemporary generation regarding the discussed issue. |
