Popis: The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of work-family conflict of the teachers who participated this study and to evaluate them in terms of independent variables. In this study, survey research model is used. The scope of the research consists of 3114 teachers who work in secondary schools in the central districts of Sahinbey central district of Gaziantep. The sample of the research consists of 526 teachers selected by stratified sampling method. In the study, “Work-Family Conflict Scale” developed by Netenmeyer, Boles and McMurran (1996) was used to determine the levels of work-family conflict. First, descriptive statistics calculations were made while analyzing the data obtained in the study. In order to determine whether teachers’ perceptions of work-family conflict differ according to gender variable, ANOVA test was used to determine whether it differed according to t-test, seniority, course load, school size and level of education. As a result of the descriptive statistics, it was determined that the teachers “rarely” agreed with statements in the Work-Family Conflict scale.
