Popis:	The pain syndrome accompanying metastatic damage of bones, significantly reduces quality of patients life. In recent decades, medical practice implemented methods systemic radionuclide therapy of bone metastases using different radionuclides, which allows to stop both the pain and the progression of the disease. Results of their application give the grounds to consider the perspective development in nuclear medicine of the direction on treatment bone metastatic defeats by means of systemic radionuclide therapy.
