It is a sign of people's engagement and desire to exercise their right to vote and influence the political direction of their countries. However, it is important to underline that elections are not always a guarantee of a healthy democracy, as there can be various issues such as electoral fraud, voter intimidation, and other undemocratic practices that can distort the electoral process.
