Popis: Persistent activation of pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) can perturb the biomechanical homeostasis of the tumour microenvironment. Here the authors show that all-trans retinoic acid reduces retinoic acid receptor beta dependent-actomyosin contractility and restores mechanical quiescence in PSCs.
