This article is devoted to the modern scientiic approaches effective identiication and evaluation of the process of diversification in major Russian corporations. The purpose - to identify new and emerging clarify the basic types and subtypes of diversification based on the comparative selection based on the criteria and methods of implementation, taking into account the development of management and strategic potential. Based on the analysis and synthesis of existing approaches, the author proposed a set of systematization typology of Russian corporate diversiication processes. The need to formulate a diversiication strategy is identiied as one of the necessary factors for increasing competitiveness, effective development and management of large Russian companies. |
