Popis:	Abstract Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) may be associated with nonspecific symptoms such as dyspnea, tachycardia, anorexia, and vomiting that are similar to COVID‐19. We describe an adolescent who was referred to the emergency department with the above symptoms and died after being discharged, regardless of the differential diagnosis and laboratory findings.
