Electrical power equipment digital twins. Basic principles and technical requirements

Popis: The increasing complexity of the problems of asset management and ensuring the operational reliability of electric power equipment, which have to be taken into account by specialists at all stages of the life cycle, leads to the need to develop and implement digital twins. Based on the analysis of these problems, this work describes principles and technical requirements for the development of digital twins of electrical power equipment. The basic principles of developing the architecture of digital twins in the form of images, examinations, and functions of their components are stated. The general technical requirements for digital twins of electric power equipment are proposed. The functions of digital twin users at all stages of the life cycle of electric power equipment are given.
