Popis: Background Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by thrombosis, pregnancy complications, and other nonthrombotic manifestations in the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. Neurovascular complications, including ischemic stroke, cerebral venous thrombosis and cognitive impairment, pose significant challenges in management.
