| Popis: | Este artículo aborda las diferentes consideraciones sobre el género femenino que constituyen una referencia permanente en la obra de Gabriel García Márquez. En sus textos este autor aprecia a la mujer como una fuerza creadora, emancipadora, capaz de sobreponerse y contribuir activamente a la transformación de la sociedad. La reconoce como la guerrera, constructora de equidad, inteligente y consciente de que el sacrificio para la libertad no es asunto exclusivo de varones. Demanda la presencia de hombres y mujeres con actitud decidida para conservar y preservar la vida, y es evidente que su lucha en este sentido es incansable. Las ideas de este intelectual se alinean también en esa tradición humanista práctica que ha caracterizado la trayectoria más progresista en la historia del pensamiento latinoamericano a través de los siglos. Considerations about the female gender constitute a permanent reference in the work of Gabriel García Márquez. He appreciates women as a creative, emancipatory force, capable of overcoming and actively contributing to the transformation of society. He recognizes women as a warrior, builder of equity, intelligent and aware that the sacrifice for freedom is not a matter exclusively for men. It demands the presence of men and women with a determined attitude to preserve life, and it is evident that their struggle in this regard is untiring. The ideas of this intellectual are also aligned with that practical humanist tradition that has characterized the most progressive trajectory in the history of Latin American thought, through the centuries. |
