Popis: Wandering spleen is a rare condition that is a result of congenital splenic hypermobility due to an abnormality or absence of the normal splenic ligamentous attachments [1]. Presentation can be variable, including pain with or without torsion, and gastric or intestinal obstruction. We describe two recent pediatric cases where patients presented with splenic torsion secondary to wandering spleen. Keywords: Wandering spleen, Splenic torsion
