Popis:	The article discusses the differential treatment of iron deficiency anaemia and how it is effectively adjusted in the post- natal period using various iron-containing drugs and methods of introduction. A comparative study of the use of intravenous drugs has been carried out: iron carboxymaltosate (iii), iron (iii) hydroxide oligoisomaltosate and oral use of iron (III) hydroxide polimaltozate.
