A FORECASTING AS THE MOST IMPORTANT MANAGEMENT FUNCTION: HISTORICAL LOGICAL ANALYSIS OF ANCIENT WRITINGS AND OLD RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

| Popis: | The analysis of a system-based definition “forecasting” was performed, and in particular forecasting in a state administration. The key features of a forecasting have been identified: using the knowledge (science-based justification) and a precision (a correctness) of the forecasting by the research of the future. The ancient Writings like the Veda and the Avesta were analyzed regards of describing of events and appearance in the future, and it was found that they use ternary representation of category of the time based on Triunity (principle) of system substance, include the binary of two opposite and symmetrical substance. Such presentation has all basic components of system concept: the aim, something whole and the parts, as well as the system relations between them, their totality has been presented through the fundamental relations of identity and difference. Different systematizations and classifications of the objects and processes of reality were active used by the ancient thinkers in describing of the future events and appearance. |
